Richard earned an impressive variety of certifications from the American Aerobic Association International/International Sports Medicine Association, which include Personal Fitness Training, Weight Training Consultation, Older Adult Fitness Training, Kids and Teen Fitness Instructor, Nutrition Consultation, and Sports Nutrition Consultation. His experience includes 11 years in training, and five years in power-lifting programs. Richard enjoys working with older adults, helping them obtain peak fitness to maintain stamina and health. Richard also teams with clients recovering from injury to help accelerate and aid the healing process.
